Youll be required to be client facing and manage the bookkeeping team, as well as complete transactional work as necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
- management of a portfolio of clients day to day bookkeeping
- managing and mentoring junior bookkeepers as required
- ad hoc visits to clients, and regular contact via email, phone etc
Requirements
Experience using Xero is only essential, and Xero certification is appreciated.
Softer skills required include a can do attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing great client care.
