Are you a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager looking to join a dynamic team?! We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our great team here at RBL. As a Brand Manager you will play a pivotal role in preserving and enhancing the iconic image of the Royal British Legion brand. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the consistency and strength of our visual and verbal brand identity across all channels. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of hand-on experience in meticulously managing and evolving brand identities. In this role you will be the guardian of the RBL brand. Your primary responsibility is to maintain a cohesive and compelling visual and verbal identity. This involves overseeing the development and application of brand guidelines, ensuring that all communications align with our brand values, and regularly assessing and refining our brand strategy. The successful candidate will demonstrate significant experience in project management. You will lead cross-functional teams to execute our annual brand advertising campaigns, and other marketing campaigns and projects that align with our brand strategy. Your ability to effectively plan, execute, and measure projects will be instrumental in our continued success. Managing and motivating teams and marketing agencies will be a key part of your role. You will provide clear direction, mentorship and support to your team members and agency partners, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing environment that consistently delivers. Another vital aspect of this role is having a strong knowledge of the various marketing disciplines and how brands and creative play out effectively through these. You will work across a spectrum of channels, from TV, radio, print, digital and social-to promote our mission and engage out target audiences effectively. Under our Future Working framework, there will be some flexibility for working remotely/at home, using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues but with a minimum expectation of two days/week connecting directly face-to-face with colleagues at the hub.
