Cobalt are delighted to be partnering with one of the most reputable firms across London to assist in hiring an Estate Manager for a great BTR development in Central London. This is a great opportunity to manage a fast-paced and dynamic team, whilst building great rapport with the residents.
Responsibilities of a build to rent Estate Manager include:
Being the initial point of contact for all Block related matters for the client for day-to-day issues and planned maintenance
Setting and managing of service charge budgets in conjunction with each client's requirements
Attend Snagging meetings when taking over a brand new building or an existing building that may come into a client's portfolio
Liaising with contractors on maintenance tasks to get quotes, organise works and coordinate access in line with our Service Level Agreements
Liaising with Clients, freeholders and Estate Managers on maintenance items or other issues relating to the sites
