Building Surveyor duties:
As a Building Surveyor with us, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional maintenance services to valued customers. Your expertise will be crucial in providing professional technical advice, managing projects and contractors, and ensuring cost-effective solutions. Our client has various exciting opportunities available, including positions as Area Based Building Surveyors, Repairs & Voids Specialists, and Damp & Mould Surveyors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Forge strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear and regular communication regarding works progress
* Take ownership of assigned cases, leading them from inception to completion with utmost professionalism and efficiency
* Maintain up-to-date records and databases, keeping all relevant parties informed throughout the process
* Manage budgets effectively, contributing to forecasting and efficiency plans
* Prepare comprehensive reports to highlight project status for management review
* Actively participate in contract meetings and briefings, ensuring contractual obligations are met
* Oversee and coordinate a diverse range of contractors, ensuring their adherence to contract terms and KPIs
