Key Responsibilities:

- Navigate Building Insurance Claims with finesse, ensuring accurate assessments, documentation, and adherence to policies.
- Serve as a trusted Building Consultant, offering strategic guidance and innovative solutions to clients.
- Utilise your proficiency in Quantity Surveying and Estimating to support project planning and cost management initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Chartered status (MRICS) with proven experience in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or related roles.
- Extensive experience in handling Insurance Losses and familiarity with insurance policies and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of building regulations, construction practices, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all assessments and recommendations.
