As a Business Account Manager you will be responsible for the support and development of new business within the Access Group. This being through the primary function of selling apprenticeships and other products to large scale employers. Meeting targets within key priority sector areas in line with organisational business plans. You will have the confidence, seniority and drive to ensure high performance and play a pivotal part in organisational growth. The role will also be responsible for fostering and developing the business relationships to provide long term commercial benefits that continue to drive revenue.
About you
You will have:
- Successful track record of sales or business development experience
- Successful track record of consistently meeting targets
- Educated to degree level, or relevant professional qualification and/or experience
- Experience of working with external partners and stakeholders
- Experience of working in an apprenticeship sales team

What do we have on offer?
Salary Scale: £34,000 - £40,000 (plus OTE) per annum
Hours: Access Creative College is not your typical 9 - 5 pm role. Whilst the contracted hours are 37.5 hours this will be managed flexibly across the academic year to reflect the peaks and flows in working in education
