The Person

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with email and calendar management tools like Outlook. Additional proficiency in CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Skilled in administrative tasks with proficiency in creating, managing, and adapting to new systems and procedures.
The Role
- Act as a backbone for the Sales team, assisting in various day-to-day operational tasks.
- Scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and co-ordinating communication between team members and clients.
- Diligently manage the CRM system, ensuring all client information, sales quotes, and activities are up-to-date and accurately recorded.
- Organising and participating in promotional events, preparing marketing materials, and supporting briefing outreach campaigns.
- Regularly support compiling and analysing market data to provide actionable insights to the Business Development team.
The salary for this role is paying up to 30,000 plus benefits.
