Job description

As a Business Administrator/Secretary, your role involves providing crucial support to Partners, Directors, Managers, and Personal Assistants (PAs) to ensure the delivery of top-notch services to colleagues and clients.

As a key member of the centralized Business Support Team, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Proactively assisting with administrative tasks such as billing reviews, client engagement procedures, timesheets, and expenses.
  • Generating reports (e.g., work in progress) and producing fee notes from the company's systems.
  • Crafting letters, reports, presentations, and various communications and documents.
  • Rotational reception coverage and occasional ad-hoc basis, professionally welcoming external visitors.
  • Preparing meeting rooms, organizing, and collecting refreshments for meetings.
  • Providing assistance with reception and catering as needed.
  • Supporting Personal Assistants with administrative tasks as required.
  • Contributing to the delivery of ad hoc projects.
  • Assisting in resource planning activities.
