As a Business Administrator/Secretary, your role involves providing crucial support to Partners, Directors, Managers, and Personal Assistants (PAs) to ensure the delivery of top-notch services to colleagues and clients.
As a key member of the centralized Business Support Team, your primary responsibilities include:
- Proactively assisting with administrative tasks such as billing reviews, client engagement procedures, timesheets, and expenses.
- Generating reports (e.g., work in progress) and producing fee notes from the company's systems.
- Crafting letters, reports, presentations, and various communications and documents.
- Rotational reception coverage and occasional ad-hoc basis, professionally welcoming external visitors.
- Preparing meeting rooms, organizing, and collecting refreshments for meetings.
- Providing assistance with reception and catering as needed.
- Supporting Personal Assistants with administrative tasks as required.
- Contributing to the delivery of ad hoc projects.
- Assisting in resource planning activities.
