Salary This exciting Financial Services organisation has a unique opportunity for an experienced Business Continuity and Operational Resilience professional to step into a Snr Manager Role to implement the Ops Resilience framework globally and to develop the Business Continuity Programme. In this role you will manage a global team and report directly into the snr management with significant progression available.
In this role you will be responsible for implementing the Ops Res framework, creating strategies and policies, assist with BIAs, developing scenario exercises, review and manage third party risk programmes, raise awareness of Operational Resilience training and awareness activities, and support reporting to regulators.
To be successful with your application you must have hands on experience completing multiple iterations of the BC lifecycle and experience working in line with Operational Resilience regulations. An understanding of Dora and international regulations would be beneficial however not essential.
