The Global Business Continuity and Incident Management (BCIM) function is a core pillar of the Bank’s Operational Resilience strategy.
This role will support the Business Service Owners (BSOs) in managing the risk to their IBS by facilitating the creation and ongoing maintenance of the Import Business Services (IBS) Business Continuity and Incident Management Plan (BC&IM Plan) and facilitation of a series of annual Important Business Service scenario tests.

In this role you will:
- Be the main Business Continuity (BC) Operational Resilience contact for the Business Service Owners (BSO)/delegates/managers.
- Develop, facilitate, and report on IBS Scenario Testing, as agreed in the entity Test Plan.
- Provide SME guidance on the inclusion of the Business Service Owners (BSO) in the Incident management (IM) framework.
- Providing training sessions for the BSO and BSO community on their BCIM roles and responsibilities.
- Provide the necessary reporting to support the management of the timeliness and quality of the Operational Resilience Import Business Services (IBS) Business Continuity Lifecycle Activities
