SalaryOur client, a dynamic, global, listed organisation is looking for a Business Continuity, Resilience & Risk Manager to join their team. This organisation has grown both organically and via acquisition and as such is an exciting placed to be.
The role
Reporting directly to the Director of Risk and working as part of a small and well established team, this role will involve being the subject matter expert for Business Continuity and resilience across the group. Deliverables will include:
- Ensuring each area of the business has a fully tested and up to date Business Continuity plan.
- Delivering training on Business Continuity across the organisation, including designing training materials and content.
- Conducting risk assessments for all continuity risk plans, including business impact assessments and disaster recovery plans.
The Person
You will be:
- An experienced Business Continuity Manager/Senior Manager, ideally with an understanding of risk and its linkage with Business Continuity planning.
- Capable of leading on all BC matters for the group and being the subject matter expert.
- A self starter with demonstrable experience of liaising with an influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience of ISO 22301 standards and BCI certification.
The Package
- Base salary, circa £75,000 - £100,000.
- Bonus.
- Hybrid working (2-3 days in London).
