Currently, we are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Business Developer to join our sales team and contribute to our ongoing success.
MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN SALES, RECRUITMENT OR TRAINING
As a Business Developer at Momentum Recruitment and Training, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Actively seek and identify new business opportunities within the training and recruitment sector.
- Explore potential partnerships with employers to facilitate learner placements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients and employers.
- Collaborate with employers to understand their workforce needs and match them with suitable training programs.
- Work closely with the training team to understand program offerings.
Liaise with employers to align training programs with their workforce requirements.
- Organize and coordinate job fairs to connect employers with potential talent.
- Cold call and generate warm leads for training programs.
Working hours : Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5pm , Friday 8:30am - 4pm
Salary : £22,000 - £30,000 ( Depending on experience )
