Our client is looking for a self-starting, motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our client-focused practice as a Business Development Administrator to join their Admin and Secretarial department.

Our client are a Accounting & Business Consultants and are rapidly expanding their firm that specialises in international VAT and tax and accounting for e-commerce businesses that are located internationally and in the UK.

Description

The main responsibilities for the Business Development Administrator role are:

  • Administer the setup of new clients and organise VAT & EPR Registration documents.
  • Communicate seamlessly with clients, colleagues, and external partners via phone and email.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of industry changes, self-educating to maintain expertise.
  • Tackle ad-hoc administration tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain transparent internal communication for an optimal customer journey.
  • Organise and update internal computer systems with relevant information.
  • Monitor and meet deadlines, handling both day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc requirements.
  • Manage a diverse client portfolio with varying needs to a high standard.

The successful candidate for the Business Development Administrator role looks like someone with:
