Brook Street UK LTd are actively seeking a Business Development Administrator to provide support to our clients Business Development department in Southampton.
Ideal candidates should be proactive self-starters with a high level of motivation and exceptional communication skills. The Business Development Administrator is expected to showcase the ability to work independently and proactively within our client-focused practice.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the setup of new clients and organise VAT & EPR Registration documents.
- Communicate with clients, colleagues, and external partners through both phone and email.
- Stay updated on industry changes and engage in continuous self-learning.
- Handle ad-hoc administration tasks efficiently.
- Maintain transparent internal communication to enhance the customer journey.
- Organise and update internal computer systems with relevant information.
- Monitor and meet deadlines for both day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc responsibilities.
- Manage a diverse client portfolio to high standards.
Essential skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Quick thinking and fast learning ability.
- Capable of working well in both team and independent settings.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Enthusiastic and self-driven.
- Attention to detail.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
