Business Development executive

£30,000 TO £35,000 Basic Salary + Bonus & career development

Mansfield

Must have own transport

Our client an established company who are experiencing exceptional growth, they are now looking to recruit additional Internal B2B Sales Executive to join their team.

Business Development executive Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience in within a similar role doing Internal sales.
  • Preferably CRM, Microsoft Outlook, SAP knowledge.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
  • Experience of managing high call volumes.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • Comfortable in visiting clients
  • Proactive and positive approach

Business Development executive Responsibilities

  • Identify & qualify new prospects and leads.
  • Offer alternative products in case of supply chain issues directly to customers.
  • Upselling of promotions and regular orders directly to customers.
  • Review order book for upselling opportunities.
  • Manage customer returns.
  • Find outlets for expiring inventory.
  • Update and maintain CRM customer data
  • Sell the story and help to establish greater awareness of the business within it’s chosen markets of activity positioning company as an automatic choice by understanding fully our services and offerings and how these services can assist their business.
  • Take necessary actions to resolve queries or issues raised by new or existing clients.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively alongside the sales team to ensure all sales targets and objectives are met.
  • Maintain close working relationship with all internal stakeholders to ensure administrative matters are dealt with as smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
