Our mission is to bridge the gap between academia and corporate sectors, fostering innovation and enterprise. In this role, you'll be instrumental in generating new business and nurturing key customer relationships within our innovation-focused property portfolio. Your day-to-day activities will include prospecting through various channels, managing inbound inquiries, achieving occupancy and revenue targets, and collaborating with marketing for targeted campaigns. We're looking for individuals with a knack for building strong relationships, adaptability, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in delivering top-notch customer service in commercial environments, along with a background in sales and Business Development is essential.
