If you are a customer-focused individual, with a background in B2B sales or office-based customer service, then this may be the role for you!
You must have experience building relationships and establishing new partnerships on a B2B basis – this may include a mix of warm and cold calling.
Key responsibilities as the Business Development Executive:
- Contact potential customers via phone, email and face to face to establish interest
- Provide excellent customer service and introduce them to a fantastic range of products
- Building long lasting relationships with customers and handle a large portfolio
- Ensure customer information is accurate and consistently updated
- Pro-actively contacting existing customers to update them on product releases
- Consistently grow the customer base by engaging with potential customers/companies
- Take time to build relationships to adapt to their specific needs
- A mix of warm and cold calling potential leads
Key Skills needed to excel as a Business Development Executive:
- Confident communicator both written and verbal
- Experience within office-based sales or customer service
- A background in building relationships with clients and customers
- Extremely self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- An interest in gaming would be a plus!
