Form of workSue Ross Recruitment are working with an established insurance claims management company in the recruitment of a Business Development/Sales Executive.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you will be responsible for sourcing new b2b sales opportunities – liaising mostly with insurance brokers to establish and develop relationships.
We seek a driven individual who wants to develop a successful career in sales. You will be willing to put the work in to get the reward, be personable and relentless to get through in the door and generate appointments and support in closing the sale.
There are fantastic progression opportunities into a field-based role for the right candidate. You will initially build up your account base, with the aim to then manage and move into account management / Business Development
Applicants must have proven sales experience – ideally selling a service in a b2b setting. You will be confident, personable, have excellent time management and customer service skills.
