Business Development Manager – Chesterfield - £35,000 plus Car Allowance

Chase & Holland are excited to be partnering with a well-known organisation who are looking for a driven and motivated Business Development Manager to join their innovative business who are currently going through a strong period of growth.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a drive for achieving results. This role is a perfect opportunity for someone with the desire to progress in their career and move into a more senior position. You will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and working towards changing the trajectory of the business.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

• Acquiring new customers through targeted prospecting, outreach, and relationship building
• Collaborating with the Sales Manager and wider team to develop and execute new customer acquisition
• Developing and implementing effective strategies for building relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth
• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current client base
• Providing input on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making
• Playing a key role in driving initiatives to increase market share
• Analysing market data and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement
• Managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
• Addressing customer concerns, collaborate on solutions, and serve as a point of escalation for complex issues

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven successful sales experience with measured results
• Must have a desire to move your career forward
• Highly motivated to seek out new business and commercially aware
• Self-driven and motivated
• Driving license
• Flexibility to travel overseas and attend trade shows
