As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
We're looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in sales and Business Development. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
The starting salary is £40,000 per annum with uncapped commission, car allowance and a fuel card for client visits. A driving license and your own transport is essential for the role.
What will you be doing as a Business development Manager?
· Cold calling decision makes to explain the service and how we can help.
· Handling high-volume outbound calls.
· Book and attend self-generated face to face meetings.
· Understand the businesses and fact find.
· Close new business sales opportunities.
· Create a referral network.
· Develop and maintain a strong relationship with your clients.
· Acquire technical knowledge of products to exceed your goals.
· Represent the business at conference, trade fairs and networking events.
· Be responsible for delivering the appropriate documents from the client for the pre-qualification process and signing the client up.
Business Development Manager Profile
· A minimum of 2 years' experience in a B2B Sales or Business Development role.
· This is a 360 Sales role; you must be a self-starter to build your desk for success.
· A driving licence with your own transport is essential for the role.
· Ability to manage your own desk.
· Strong communication skills.
· We're looking for a people's person who likes dealing with people and building a relationship.
· Confident and professional approach.
· Good time management and organisation skills.
· A positive can-do attitude and money motivated to succeed.
· Evidence of exceeding targets and KPI's.
