Job Opportunity: New Business Development Manager
Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a full-time New Business Development Manager to be based within traveling distance from Northwich
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing Sales Team, who must have experience out on the road, opening new accounts and speaking to prospects every day.
Responsibilities:
- Understand future markets to find potential clients
- Promote the company's services
- Meet with potential clients to determine their requirements
- Attend shows and exhibitions
- Stay current with trends and competitors
- Keep company CRM reports up to date
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Work alongside the commercial team to negotiate terms and contracts
- Respond to customer enquiries and prepare sales reports
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing nature, to be able to fit in with the close sales team in a growing business
- Sociable, confident, true optimist, resilient, and multitasker
- Good listening skills and attention to detail
- A great sense of self-motivation, ambition and determination
- Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good numerical and IT skills, especially useful would-be MS Office skills
Working Mon to Fri - 9 – 5.30
This is a hybrid role working both remotely and on-site after initial one-month training.
Annual Salary: Basic £37k + Unlimited commission + £5k car allowance. (OTE of £60k - £70k).
