Role: Business Development Manager (CCaaS/UCaaS)
Location: Field Based, UK. We typically work 1-2 days a week at our HQ in Whiteley, Hampshire.
Competitive Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
Fantastic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
The task at hand:
We’re in search of a dynamic and driven sales professional to join our Enterprise sales team as a Business Development Manager (CCaaS/UCaaS). As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth, build customer relationships, and win new business. Your primary focus will be selling our industry-leading customer experience services from Five9 & Zendesk to Enterprise businesses across various routes to market.
You'll be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our portfolio, our target market, and the competitive landscape to effectively pitch, close deals and exceed targets.
You'll be great in this role if:
- You've got extensive sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- You're experienced at selling cloud-based software solutions, preferably in the contact center or customer service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with customers and close deals
- You have knowledge of Five9 & Zendesk products (this is a plus, but not essential)
- You’re experienced in creating successful sales campaigns including SCs, cross selling and marketing
- You’ve got a track record of winning net new accounts, as well as selling into white space within existing install base
- You’ve got proven experience to penetrate new “green-field” accounts and establish relationships at the senior leadership level or with relevant partners within accounts
- You can conduct in depth sales presentations including product demonstrations that highlight key benefits, return on investment and the value of our solution and services
- You’re a multi-tasker who can manage a high-volume of transactional business with many deals being developed and closed simultaneously
- You’re a super communicator who uses language effectively to gather information and facilitate the exchange of ideas
- You’ll have strong IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
