Business Development Manager - Electrical Contractors

What we need from you as Business Development Manager:

• You will have a proven track record in Business Development/sales, with knowledge of the electrical industry
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience in generating leads and closing deals
• You will have the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Good geographical knowledge of the West Midlands
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite, including Excel
• Hold a current UK Driving Licence

What the role involves:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the West Midlands
• Upselling and promoting the companies services and features
• Meeting all sales targets
• Attending networking events - being the face of the company
• Creating Business Development strategies to increase company growth and revenue
• Reporting into the Director for sales, performance meetings
• All associated admin needed in this job role

Salary/hours: £35,000K - £40,000K, plus performance bonus, which will be discussed at interview stage. Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, with some flexibility on start/finish times.
