We are now looking for an experienced Field Sales Business Development Manager to generate new business revenues.
Business Development Manager
Frankfurt, Germany with frequent travel within Germany.
Salary: €45-60K + Bonus + Company Car.
Languages required for this role: German & English.
To be successful in this role:
You will be a confident Business Development Manager with at least 3 years of sales experience in the B2B sector and experience of selling solutions in a highly consultative sales process. Other requirements for this role include:
- Communication skills, persuasiveness, and customer orientation
- Independent, structured, and self-reliant
- Willingness to travel in the DACH region
- Driver's license
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent negotiation skills in German and English, both spoken and written
Job role and responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the sales growth and market penetrations in the Company’s key market sectors of Airports & Mass Transportation, Retail, Health & Safety, Channel, Leisure & Tourism venues. Other responsibilities for this role include:
- Acquisition of new customers as well as Business Development within existing Clients
- Presentation and demonstration of the product portfolio and on-site planning support for Clients
- Implementation of entrepreneurial objectives, along with responsibility for sales and profitability
- Regular coordination with management
- Collaboration with the Internal Sales Department
- Market, Competitor, and Customer analysis
