We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a busy and productive team.
You will be responsible for outreach via the phone, LinkedIn and additional professional channels, establishing new relationships with existing and perspective clients, you will need to have experience with lead generation, Business Development and ideally come from a product based background. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives.
Our client provides training and development, you will be part of a consultative and professional hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify decision-makers within prospect organizations through telephone, online research, and data tools.
- Engage perspective clients, identifying pain points and present a solution.
- Provide clear, accurate, and prompt performance reports.
- Meet face-to-face with customers and potential clients to build strong, lasting relationships.
- This is a sales and Business Development role, experience within these two areas is essential.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with senior management to define long-term objectives and establish key performance indicators.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in generating new business leads by
- Excellent PC skills - Word, Internet, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, database management, CRM usage.
