As Business Development Manager, you will have full autonomy to map, attend meetings and fill your own diary with appointments to attend as well as spending time in the office to build relationships internally, do database management and book in appointments to attend - this can also be done on WFH days.
Rest assured, no two days are the same in recruitment and with a fast paced and competitive environment, things evolve quickly - been on your toes is key and being able to adapt, react and work in a thriving environment is key. Salary is around £35k plus bonus DOE.
