Position:Business Partner
Location: Solihull
Salary: Up to £55,000
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Working

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting in collaboration with budget holders.
• Manage CAPEX expenditure, ensuring strict adherence to budgetary limits.
• Enhance ROI calculations and scrutinise business cases for investment capex.
• Develop compelling presentations on overhead costs, P&Ls, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor expenditures linked to company initiatives and translate them into comprehensive performance reports.
• Skillfully calculate monthly bonuses and forecast scheme adjustments.
• Collaborate with budget holders for data analysis, proposing efficiency solutions.
• Spearhead process and reporting enhancements, leveraging cutting-edge software solutions.

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant or near qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or Equivalent).
• Strong foundation in analytical disciplines (Mathematics, Science, IT, Economics, Business, or Engineering).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with budget holders.
• Proficiency in Excel or a strong aptitude for technology.
• Self-initiated and quick learner, embracing new challenges.
