Job Advert: Business Support Administrator
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location: Dundee, UK
A leading financial services business based in Dundee is looking to add to their team!
Opportunity:
As a Business Support Administrator, working in a prestigious office in the city centre, you will support some of the best Financial Service professionals, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, assisting with day-to-day operations, and contributing to the exceptional service delivered to clients across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments
- Process applications and requests for existing and new clients
- Act as the point of contact for any enquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
