The role
As a Business Support Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Embrace a unique role where you'll be integral to various administrative functions across our business. Your role will involve processing timesheets, performing accurate data entry, generating job cards and despatch notes, managing hotel and travel bookings, overseeing tax and vehicle registration, and maintaining detailed logbooks.
Day to day, you'll
- Provide advice and guidance on all health & safety issues to line management that may affect their operational output for onward transmission to SMT
- Collate & analyse data to monitor progress against objectives, targets, and Key Performance Indicators
- Provide information to internal and external customer reports
- Liaise with all stakeholders on key health safety, environment, and sustainability issues
This is a full-time role based on site at Walsall - 2pm finish every Friday Afternoon!
Essential experience of the Business Support Administrator:
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced administration function
- Ability to develop and maintain good internal and supplier relationships.
- High level of competence in Microsoft suite in particular Microsoft Excel - ability to complete pivot tables, V look ups and formulas
- Excellent attention to detail
Qualifications of the Business Support Administrator:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve NPPV two security clearance level for this role but can start employment on BPSS
