About the Role
Base Location: Peterhead, Aberdeen or Elgin | We're proud to offer a Flexible First approach to work, and this role is no exception. We will, however need your base 'home' location to be one of our SSEN offices or depots in Aberdeen, Peterhead or Elgin.
Salary: £26,609 - £30,472 pro rata + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Fixed Term 12 Month Contract | Part Time | Flexible First options available
In this role you will;
- Working closely within our team and with Project Managers to deliver project related tasks.
- Updating databases in a timely manner to keep our records of the electricity network accurate.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Solve problems and always look to improve our processes.
- Become an integral part of the team for colleagues to rely upon.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 e.g. Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn in-house computer systems quickly.
- Very organised with attention to detail .
- Great communication skills.
- LEAN qualification would be advantageous for promoting process improvement, but not essential.
