We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join this busy team as a Business Support Administrator (Analyst) in the Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Business Support to the department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient administration. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously. Very good hybrid working options are available and our client will consider a part-time candidate, 4 days per week. Key duties and required experience:- Manage a broad range of activities that support the department's operations- Provide operational support to the business, ensuring efficient and effective processes- Deliver accurate and comprehensive administration support services- Coordinate arrangements for meetings, boards, conferences, and events- Contribute to research, data entry, and analytical tasks as needed- Demonstrate solid interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills- Work autonomously and employ initiatives to come up with solutions- Possess solid organizational, administration, and time management skills- Maintain a proactive and flexible approach to work- Collaborate effectively in a team environment- Multitask with high levels of accuracy- Utilize practical knowledge and experience in booking/meeting/events management and related systems- Demonstrate practical experience in the MS Office suite and ability to analyze data and write general administration reports- Understand and apply WHS regulations and security practices- Possess a good standard of secondary education alongside qualifications in business administrationOn offer is a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
