Who had at least one years within banking and advanced Excel. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the operational requirements of the CIB client base to support the wider CIB team with the above activities. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities ▪ Assist the team in daily support duties to provide a high level of customer service to CIB clients ▪ Day-to-day account management queries across CIB client base including (but not limited to): - Balances on account; - Statements; - Audit request; - Cheque verification; - Deposit placing ▪ Payment management including (but not limited to): - Payment processing - Payment logging - Payment verification - Payment queries ▪ Responsible for the adherence to CDD procedures for the client base including (not exhaustive list): - Obtaining customer due diligence information (Idenfication and verification, transactional information)- ▪ Handling client calls and (on selective basis) meeting clients in the absence of a Relationship Manager and allocate calls to the relevant member of staff within C&IB ▪ Support scheduling customer appointments ▪ Preparation of and follow up to Relationship Managers’ client interaction including: - Call report logging; and - Follow up on action points with internal stakeholders ▪ Opening new accounts in conjunction with the relationship manager and Senior analyst for Customer Due Diligence (“CDD”) requirements ▪ Monitor all activity on all client accounts, ordering cheque books, etc. ▪ Assisting with reviews of existing client files due to ongoing regulatory changes ▪ Assist with various special projects as instructed ▪ Filing and general administration support to C&IB ▪ In addition to the duties listed, the employee may, from time to time, be required to perform other duties
