Main Responsibilities as a Business Support Manager
- Central management of utilities and phonelines across a high volume of sites ensuring contracts are renewed annually.
- Setting up of new systems across new sites
- Booking in annual Risk assessments across the business
- Completing vetting for contractors ensuring they are compliant before starting work.
- Organising insurance for multiple sites and filing all insurance documents in a central system
- Centralised management of procurement.
Core Experience & Skills Required
- Organised and resourceful
- Prior block management experience is essential.
