Join a dynamic team as an Business Support Administrator for our esteemed government client. This is an exciting temporary contract role, initially until end of July 2024, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the field of medical and dental education. The role will be a hybrid position, combining remote work with travel to our Oxford-based office.
Responsibilities:
You will collaborate closely with the Education Programme Team Manager and Education Programme Managers in the local office. Your primary focus will be to provide operational support for medical and dental education programmes and teams. This includes facilitating national recruitment, managing programmes, overseeing finances, and coordinating project management activities. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of assessments, rotations, OOP, IDT, and LTFT throughout a trainee's educational journey. By adhering to national policies, you will also apply locally defined processes to streamline operations.
Requirements:
- A strong background in education administration or a related field
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management and financial oversight
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
