Business Support Officer

Role Responsibility

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Officer to join the Business Support Team within the Infrastructure division. This is a varied and challenging post and requires someone with excellent organisation and communication skills and previous administrative experience. You must be able to proactively manage your workload and support the wider team, whilst responding to urgent requests and deadlines.

Applicants will have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and possess a high level of organisational skills with the ability to prioritise their workload to meet deadlines in a demanding environment.

We are looking for someone who is solution focused, and who can offer consistency and guidance to the function to ensure tasks and relevant knowledge is shared. Applicants will need to be self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will be expected to learn internal IT applications and work collaboratively with colleagues across the division.

The team operate a hybrid work model that includes a mix of working from home and working from Invicta House in Maidstone.
