Would you like to play a role supporting the delivery of high quality research and student education activities? We are looking to appoint a dedicated and motivated Business Support Officer, as part of the Faculty’s Business Operations team, to support the Leeds Institute of Musculoskeletal Medicine (LIIRMM). You will provide administrative support to the Institute’s full range of processes including research, finance, purchasing, IT, estates and health & safety. You will have a pro-active focus with the ability to handle a busy workload efficiently and professionally. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and be able to establish effective working relationships, dealing diplomatically with a wide range of people and maintain confidentiality. This role can work in a hybrid way. When on site this post will be based at the LIRMM Office at Chapel Allerton Hospital (CAH) though the post-holder may be required to work occasionally at LIRMM’s other sites at SJUH, LGI and on the main University campus. The frequency of work required on site will vary, and you may have scheduled or flexible arrangements for on-site days/times, or a mix of both. You will be responsible to the LIRMM Business Manager and through that role to the Faculty Director of Operations.
