Business Support Officer

Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Business Support Officer to work within Central Bedfordshire council.

This position is a temporary Role for 1 month with the possibility to be extended and pays £12.19 (PAYE) or £14.94 (Umbrella) Per Hour.

The Role:

As a Business Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and operational support to various departments and teams within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering the phone.
• Meet and greet visitors - signing in etc.
• Support with Fire Alarm testing with designated Fire Warden.
• Taking minutes of meetings.
• Invoicing Purchase ordering.
• Updating internal training matrix.
• Post.
• Managing repairs.
• Printing and Sending letters.
• Booking vehicles into services and liaising with transport.
• Stationary ordering etc.
• Processing Agency Timesheets.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: Relevant knowledge

Experience: 3 years' experience

Compliance: 3 years references. Enhanced DBS

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
