Business Support Officer
Bromley
I am recruiting for a local authority who is looking for someone to assist the performance, compliance and data team deliver effective facilities management services across the estate. The Business Support Office will assist the Business Manager and Performance, Compliance and Data Manager in:
* Contract management activities including Helpdesk functions
* Financial administration and budget monitoring
* Stakeholder engagement
* Analysis of property data and production of reports
Key Responsibilities
To work with the outsourced helpdesk and CAFM to produce daily reports to track and monitor progress against facilities management tasks across the council's estate.
To liaise directly with stakeholders to ensure that they are kept informed of progress with facilities management tasks effecting their use of council property, and to undertake customer satisfaction surveys as required by the Performance, Compliance and Data Manager.
To assist the Performance, Compliance and Data Manager to manage supply chain performance, including collating information in relation to Key Performance Indicators and financial data.
Liaising with contractors to ensure that compliance documentation is submitted and correctly uploaded to the CAFM, and producing reports on compliance across the estate, including identifying any tasks identified as being required to ensure continued compliance.
To work with suppliers and stakeholders to schedule works and agree statutory compliance testing programmes.
To support the implementation of workflows and processes that effectively manage maintenance requests are received and appropriately allocated.
