SMC791 – Business/Change/Regulatory Management Associate - Edinburgh
Overview:
Excellent opportunity for an individual with experience of Programme Management, Change Management or Regulatory Change within Banking and/or Financial Services, to join a leading international Bank. The successful candidate will join an established team, providing regulatory change related support to a cross region/entity portfolio. This role will entail liaising with numerous global internal contacts and stakeholders (i.e. Finance Team, Project Management Team and Portfolio Programme Leads etc.) and working on a variety of change programmes.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in supporting / ensuring that effective governance structures are in place, in order to maintain effective management of business deliverables.
- Assisting in managing and analysing Programme Budget and Forecast deliverables.
- Supporting internal teams and working on numerous Change Programmes.
- Delivering procurement support for programmes, including management of resourcing.
- Supporting Financial Planning and assisting in managing Workforce Plan.
- Creating financials for programme delivery.
- Regular use of MS Excel.
Skills & Experience:
- Solid experience in Financial, Procurement and/or Business Management.
- Experience in supporting Regulatory Programmes preferred.
- Experience of working within change management, regulatory change and/or business management.
- Ability to build effective key stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to communicate with Project Managers and BAs, globally, to ensure the highest standards of project delivery are achieved.
- Understanding of accounts payable process and a track record of financial analysis.
- Financial Forecasting and Budgeting experience beneficial.
- Strong MS Excel skills essential.
