Job Description:

Customer Service Advisor - Salford Quays (M50 3SP)

£24,200 basic salary

Potential to increase up to £27,300 in 18 months, dependant on individual performance.

Permanent - Full time 37. 5 hours per week

Shifts between 8am - 8pm Mon-Fri, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 4pm

How you'll help us make health happen:

• Support customer enquiries through both inbound and outbound calls
• It won't always be easy as you'll need to authorise or decline treatment in line with policy coverage.

• Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations and outcomes are recorded
• Maintain high professional standards at all times and abide by all regulatory requirements

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

• Great listening and communication skills with the ability to respond with empathy
• A mix of flexibility and resilience to deal with a variety of enquiries
• Confidence using a PC and the ability to multitask
• An enthusiastic, positive attitude with a real desire to help others
• Private space to work from with a wired internet connection
