You would be joining the leading forensic healthcare & custody detention provider in the UK, delivering services to 25 police forces.

We don't need you to have previous experience of working in a Call Centre, we're looking for people with transferrable skills and an enthusiastic attitude. Your way of thinking and behaviour is just as important as your experience.
You will primarily be based in our Manchester office, but we offer an agile working arrangement with some days/nights spent working from home. We feel this increases productivity and improves our employees' work-life balance.

Location: Pacific House, Atlas Business Park, Simonsway, Wythenshawe, Manchester, M22 5PR
Hours: 42 hours per week (average) based on a rolling shift pattern of days, nights and weekends
Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
