A really interesting and challenging multi-channel campaign role, working closely with the Creative and Digital teams. It will be your responsibility to maximise the commercial performance of the brands creative digital channels & promotional campaign offering.
Key relationships Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing and Creative teams, plus 3rd party agencies. Reporting into the Head of Marketing. So good stakeholder management and comfortable with pace and high volume of campaigns at any one time.
Campaign delivery across Website, App, Social Media and Email so an understanding of these channels is ideal. The creative team to support you directly on delivery so close working relationship with this team so again working closely with a Creative team is ideal.
Other campaign appear across OOH, with huge TV and Radio campaigns throughout the year that you will also support via 3rd party agencies.
Job Description:
- Support in the planning of the overall Digital campaign strategy including the promotional strategy, which supports growth across their DTC websites.
- Working with in house teams across Brand & Creative and Digital & Paid.
- Manage the briefing process on promotional offer details out to the wider business, including the end result to customers.
- Working with the Digital Marketing team to understand and translate requirements into clear briefs for Creative teams and then support that production including setting up web banners
- Supported by the brands Digital Analytics team, who will analyse and optimise site promotions on site helping you make recommendations to drive performance
- Continually seek to test and learn, working with channel teams to test different creative executions and approaches for campaigns to maximise performance
What I’m looking for:
- Able to coordinate work across multiple teams (Digital / Creative / Web) to deliver the best possible results
- Has good knowledge of digital marketing channels – Paid Social, Programmatic Display and YouTube) and what creative drives results in channel
- Ideally has experience in using web content management systems (CMS)
- Excellent communicator and confident – able to give clarity on performance indicators and set direction for strategy
- It is essential that you have previously and are comfortable working with multiple teams and can work cross channel
