We have an exciting opportunity to join the B2B team of Key Group. This is a multi-skilled role that combines both new business and account management activity. As a B2B team we contact advisors and intermediaries to enable them to help their customer benefit from Equity Release through the various ways in which Key Group can help.
This would be the ideal role for someone to looking to enter financial services in a growing market and progress their career quickly. It would suit someone who is comfortable in a sales and account management environment with a strong drive to succeed.
Main role and responsibilities:
- Deliver an excellent inbound, outbound and email service to introducers, networks and affiliate representatives.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to conducting outbound calls to customer to maximise booking opportunities.
- Provide case updates to introducers on the outcomes of their referrals by telephone or email.
- Maximise sales opportunities and support Account Managers and BDM's to achieve overall targets.
- Provide accurate and timely management information to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain the company's record keeping standards in line with compliance and operational requirements. (In relations to; GDPR, CRM notes, commission structure and payments terms).
- Deliver the required service levels in place & targets of the role.
- Achieve agreed business targets and KPIs.
Skills and Experience we look for:
- Experience working in an inbound and outbound sales environment.
- Proven track record or achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to empathise and build rapport with customers is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach to sales.
- Ability to perform in a targeted sales environment.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Enthusiastic with a passion to succeed in a fast paced environment
- Experience working within the financial services sector is advantageous but not essential (full training will be provided).
