IN SHORT As an organisation we are proud of our college communities and committed to maintaining an excellent student experience. As Campus Manager you will have oversight of the operational running of a Campus in relation to student behaviours and the customer experience and will facilitate the smooth running of day-to-day college life. We have a range of teams dedicated to delivering to the College's Fairer Futures strategy and an effective and proactive approach to safeguarding. The Campus Manager will act as first response to any significant incidents occurring on campus and will coordinate further intervention as necessary. This is an exciting new role that will act to optimise on the work of existing teams and provide visibility and responsiveness in a dynamic environment.
