Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Candidate Relationship Manager to support the growth of our Senior Appointments division across Manchester and the North of England.
This newly created role will support 2 experienced and successful recruiters in the fulfilment of both permanent and contract engagements across a range of senior finance positions.
The Role
Key duties & responsibilities of the Candidate Relationship Manager will include:
- Sourcing high value candidates using existing CRM, social media, online job boards and adverts.
- Interviewing and vetting candidates face to face and providing assessments on their suitability for client briefs
- Maintaining an ongoing and long-term relationship with all candidates and introducing them to colleagues for cross sell and collaboration purposes
- Attending client meetings with experienced recruiters to take detailed job briefings and manage recruitment timelines.
- Arranging interviews and taking feedback post interview
The Candidate
To be considered for this role, we seek applications from candidates with the following:
- Previous recruitment experience within a professional services setting, having interviewed and vetted candidates in person or over Teams
- Professional manner, with the ability to forge long lasting relationships that garner repeat business
- Collaborative personality, comfortable working within a team environment that has a strong focus on ethical recruitment and building relationships
- IT literate, with the ability to learn systems and processes quickly
Salary & Benefits
