Form of workFull time Care Assistants required for a medium sized Residential Care Home in Chatham. Days and Nights.
The ideal candidates will have experience of caring for the elderly and some knowledge of Dementia Care.
We are looking for persons who are reliable, good communicators and who show dignity and respect towards others.
As a Care Assistant you will support up to 20 residents with varying degree of need. Support will include personal care, meal service and social activities. Some domestic tasks are included in job descriptions.
An enhanced DBS is required.
Full training and induction will be given upon commencement of employment.
