Care Coordinator - Hampshire
About Us: Join an award-winning company in the care industry, offering a fully remote position based in Hampshire. To qualify, you must have a UK driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
Role: As a Care Coordinator/Regional Consultant, your responsibilities include:
* Ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines.
* Visiting 15-20 clients three times a week in their homes.
* Creating personalized care assessments and plans in collaboration with clients, families, and professionals.
* Making informed decisions within established policies.
* Supporting carers to deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have:
* Previous experience as a Regional Consultant/Manager in Healthcare/Homecare.
* A Level 4 qualification or higher (advantageous but not essential).
* Familiarity with CQC guidelines.
* A strong CV showcasing progression in senior care roles.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in elderly care.
Salary: £32,000 (dependant on experience)
Your hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am-5:00pm)
