Care Coordinator

Amazing Opportunity working at our client site its a care home with an Outstanding CQC rating. Looking for Health Care Assistant. Full time permanent Candidate needs to be flexible with day and nights both shifts alongside working on alternative weekends

40 hours a week contract+ opportunity to work extra hours

Salary: £11.75

Perks: Training pay (£480/annum), Blue Light Card, Staff of the month bonus eligibility

Availability: Monday - Sunday

Shifts: 8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am (should be available for either day or night shifts)

```Duties```:
- Assisting healthcare professionals in providing care to patients
- Taking vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assisting with patient hygiene, including bathing and dressing
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Monitoring and documenting patient symptoms and progress
- Assisting with medical procedures, such as wound care or catheterization
- Administering medications under the supervision of a healthcare professional
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families

```Qualifications```:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a certified healthcare assistant program preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
