The Role:

• Your role will be focused on becoming a category expert. Developing strong, collaborative, action led relationships with key stakeholders in store, to grow sales and ensure availability across your designated territory. Supporting your stores in growing the whole battery category, by improving instore processes, ensuring compliance, and creating a joint business plan to ensure success. Reviewing and analysing sales performances and category trends across your territory to identify key opportunities for growth. Providing training to store staff to build their knowledge and awareness of the products and the overall battery category.

What will you need to be ourCategory Sales Development Manager?

• Exceptional organisation & communication skills to assist us in delivering this objective and maximising opportunities within store.  Ability to nurture excellent working relationships with your store contacts. To combine skills in negotiation and category development to increase sales. Strong knowledge of the grocery and high -street retail sectors and an understanding of category management. Be energetic, enthusiastic, motivated, and driven to achieve results.
