Job Title: Catering Manager

Job days: Monday to Friday
Shift Times: 08:00 AM - 03:00 PM (30 Minutes Break)
Rate: £16 - £17 per hour
Main Responsibilities:
- Effective communication skills with an emphasis on engaging with children is essential, as is the ability to lead and work as part of a team.
- It is expected that you will have an NVQ Level 3 in Food Preparation or 706/1 and or 706/2 City and Guilds.
- Level 3 Food Safety certificate, or committed to undertaking.
- Allergen awareness is essential, along with knowledge of the Government Food Standards for education.
- Have knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety and Health and Safety in a kitchen.
- You will be required to operate a computer, therefore computer knowledge is also essential. Training will be given on the in-house package.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Food Preparation or 706/1 and or 706/2 City and Guilds. Level 3 Food Safety certificate, or committed to undertaking.
